At The Lazy Golfer Co., we stand behind the functionality of our products.

Because our tools are simple, purpose-built items, we do not offer returns for change of mind. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

To request support, email sales@thelazygolferco.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Items showing signs of misuse, modification, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Minor cosmetic variations

  • Normal wear and tear

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
